Inalco GastroLab, our brand-new concept for presenting our novelties in 2018´s edition of Cersaie, was developed to highlight the potential of our products as key elements for architecture and interior design. Gastrolab is a laboratory in collaboraton with Michelin star chef Giuliana Germiniasi, where Inalco´s world of creativity and innovation merge with haute cuisine.
Three differentiated areas could be seen in this exhibition space: an extra-large kitchen, a lounge area and a bathroom. New Senda collection connected them all, conveying its discreet elegance at GastroLab ´s exterior façade and general flooring and highlighting the style and versatility of its stone design with a fine gray veining.
With creativity and innovation as our main commitment, we held three haute cuisine workshops by Giuliana Germiniasi, renowned Italian chef with one michelin star. On a spectacular twelve meter kitchen worktop designed with Syros iTOP , Giuliana and her team made three showcookings that surprised the professional attendees and highlighted the high technical performance of the iTOP material.
New Vint Collection was also protagonist, both in its iTOP 20-mm-thick version and in a iSLIMM 6 mm version. Its design is a mix of sand, stone and water and conveyed warmth both in an elegant dining table or on a wall coated with its large format 100×250 cm.
Furthermore, we have also presented our new iBASINS line of washbasins. Hydra is the first developed design and has 5 finishes with our most current designs. Its straight lines connect with the latest trends in interior design, achieving a great reception among the attendees. Inalco BASINS is a new example of our commitment to offer products with a high added value, to bring porcelain tiles to spaces where up until only a few years ago it would have been unthinkable.
