A dream home, with 360º view to the Venice canals, next to Venice Beach, in LA. Designed by Pitsou Kedem, this is a dreamy place to live by the sea and feel the magic of California and the west coast.
Built in 2022, this is a home designed with an enormous attention to detail and has our Astral collection throughout the house, both indoors and outdoors (in its Non-Slip finish). It also features some other MDi collection in different rooms.
Main floor has a Bulthaup kitchen that opens to the living room and a large private garden: an ideal place for gatherings with friends and family, celebrations or just to spend a quiet and comfort day at home.
The rest of the interiors also follow a curated aesthetic and feature Astral as the main surface, but we also find Geo, Touché and Syros collections in bedrooms and bathrooms.
All of these MDi combinations give this home a unique design, and the extreme versatility of this material makes possible to design spaces with a total aestethic continuity and a great added value. In addition, MDi is perfect for heat conduction and allows this house to have an underfloor heating system.
In this design, innovation was a must, thats why it has the best facilities and the latest smart home technologies, achieving the perfect balance between nature, comfort and innovation.
