As you know, every year coinciding with the celebration of the Cevisama Trade Fair, we build a temporary exhibition at the emblematic Mercado de Colón. A place to enjoy our news during the day and the company of our partners at night.
In this edition, the seventh in a row in Mercado de Colón, we designed a space in which to transmit the essence of MDi. Umbra collection, with its characteristic veining and brown, reddish and black tones, was the absolute star, covering practically all the surfaces. During the day it reflected the natural light of Mercado Colón with great beauty; at night it became a sober and elegant place to enjoy the gastronomy of the Valencian chef Miguel Martí.
Under the concept “the essence”, we could enjoy gastronomy where the aroma stood out notably, such as truffled egg or niguiri with a scent of sandalwood, hot Guanajá chocolate with spices from Arabia or Yuzu spheres with lime zest at the time.
In addition, this year we also participate in Cevisama within the new exhibition space Cevisama Trends, where we also present our Umbra collection.
