Summer has arrived, and we want to invite you to paradise, or to the closest thing on Earth, the spectacular WhiteRock Villa Monterey. Designed by Patrick Helou Architects in Ibiza for White Rock Concepts, this luxury resort features several Inalco MDi de Inalco.
Today we are going to highlight the outdoor garden, terraces and swimming pool areas, leaving for a second post next week all the interior spaces.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey is located in a 30,000 sqm private property surrounded by Mediterranean forest in the town of San Agustí, in Ibiza (Spain). It has a 2,0000 sqm garden area with multi-level terraces and pools, and a constructed area of 1,230 sqm, distributed in a main villa with 6 Master Suites and two annex buildings with two Master Suites each.
The project by Patrick Helou Architects conveys Mykonian traditional architecture blended carefully with modern features and infrastructure, creating Villas in which the main features are pure white, straight lines´ architecture and open spaces with natural light as protagonist.
WhiteRock Villa Monterey offers a sensory experience in all its surroundings. Its private forest provides the privacy required by the most demanding clients. In addition, the Villas has a totally direct open sea view that offers daily wonderful sunsets & glittering nights panoramas. The spacious outdoor spaces, with hammocks, poolside bar, pergolas and other services are the perfect place to enjoy the sun, rest and enjoy unique and fully personalized experiences.
WhiteRock Ibiza Monterey’s architectural space is a continuous melody of exclusive materials, details and spaces open to the sea and nature, combining stone, natural wood and state-of-the-art materials. The MDi Touché collection, with its high-value marble design on a super white background, has been used in all outdoor spaces.
Thanks to its great versatility, Touché bush-hammered finishing allows it to be safety used on the terrace, and has even been used to cover one of the Villa’s main swimming pools´ interior surface. In addition, its natural finish has been used on various facades, helping to create a greater sense of continuity throughout the building complex. Therefore, Patrick Helou Architects has been able to customize each space to provide a greater personality, playing, among other elements, with its large formats 100×250 cm and 100x100cm.
We look forward meeting you next week to discover the interior spaces of this outstanding project.
